This tutorial will show you how to manage users. By default, you will already be set up as a user with the Administrator privileges. Let's create a new user. Note that provided you have your setting in Options configured to allow it, visitors can register themselves as users on your site. The new user is given subscriber privileges by default. Let's change the user's role. You are now able to manage users.
