This is an excellent book for beginners as well as those who have beaded on fabric before. Takes you from the types of beads and fabrics to the actual creating of designs. There are lots of great pictures and well written instructions. I was inspired to do more beadwork on my quilting.

I first saw this book recommended on a beading site. What a fantastic book for teaching all the basics and then some. I covers threads, needles, types of beads and fabrics. Then it shows you the basic stitches and more advanced ones. It's not just for beading on quilts. It also shows you how to do buttons, brooches and other decorative items. many great inspirational pages.
